Guest messaging module
Hotel guest messaging software for the team running the day
A guest communication workspace that sits beside the tasks, notes, and room status your team already works from—enabled at the properties that need it, without displacing what a brand requires elsewhere.
Guest messaging belongs next to the work
Most guest messages are about something operational: a room not ready, a request, a problem someone needs to act on. When messaging lives in a separate tool from tasks and room status, the message and the work it generates are held in different places by different people.
Guest messaging is a module, enabled per property. A hotel with a brand-required communication platform keeps it.
What the module includes
Guest Chat
- Conversation view for guest text messaging
- AI Suggestions toggle available in the interface
- Messaging settings
Guest List
- In-house, upcoming, and checked-out views
- Guest search
- Controls to add or upload guests
Reaching several guests
- Mass-text control for sending to multiple recipients
- Property context carried through the workspace
Alongside operations
- Sits with tasks, notes, and room status in one operational workspace
- Enabled per property like every other module
On the AI Suggestions toggle. This control is present in the messaging interface. Our product review observed it without executing it, so we describe it as available rather than making claims about what it produces. A control existing is not evidence of an automated integration or a completed outcome.
What GuestEQ does, and what it does not
What GuestEQ does
- Gives your team a place to message guests and see who is in house
- Separates in-house, upcoming, and checked-out guests
- Lets guests be searched, added, or uploaded
- Provides a mass-text control for sending to multiple recipients
- Keeps guest communication next to the operational work it usually concerns
What it does not do
- Integrate universally with every PMS or guest-data source
- Run automated messaging sequences or reply on your behalf
- Guarantee response times or guest-satisfaction outcomes
- Replace a messaging platform a brand requires a property to use
Frequently asked questions
What does GuestEQ guest messaging include?
Guest Chat and a Guest List with in-house, upcoming, and checked-out views, guest search, controls to add or upload guests, a mass-text control, an AI Suggestions toggle, and messaging settings.
Does GuestEQ pull the guest list from our PMS automatically?
Not universally. Guests can be added or uploaded, and some properties send reports to dedicated inbound addresses. Whether a specific PMS can supply guest data is a question about that system and that property, assessed individually rather than assumed.
What does the AI Suggestions toggle actually do?
It is a control present in the messaging interface. Our product review observed the control but did not execute it, so we describe it as available rather than making claims about the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any suggestion it produces.
Is guest messaging automated?
No. Messages are sent by your team. A mass-text control exists for sending to multiple recipients, but GuestEQ does not run automated messaging sequences or reply autonomously on your behalf.
Can one property use guest messaging without the rest of the portfolio?
Yes. Guest messaging is enabled per property like every other module, so a hotel can adopt it while others keep whatever they use for guest communication today.
