Pricing

Pricing built around the modules each hotel needs

GuestEQ is bought module by module, not as one all-in-one package. Start with the operational needs across your portfolio. We will help identify the modules and property coverage that fit, then build a proposal around that scope.

Why there is no rate card on this page

A published price list assumes every customer buys the same thing. GuestEQ customers rarely do. One hotel needs housekeeping accountability, another in the same portfolio needs preventive maintenance, and a third keeps a brand-mandated sales system but wants help with owner reporting.

Pricing follows the modules you select and the properties that need them. A proposal priced against that scope is more useful than a rate card that fits nobody exactly.

What a proposal is built from

Four questions. Answering them is most of the first conversation.

  1. Step 1: Which hotels?

The properties you are thinking about now, with their brands. A proposal can cover one hotel or a selected group.

  2. Step 2: What has to stay?

The brand-mandated, recommended, and locally chosen systems each hotel must keep. GuestEQ is scoped around them.

  3. Step 3: Which workflows need help?

Where the time goes today: the printed housekeeping sheet, the PM clipboard, the lead inbox, the owner report spreadsheet.

  4. Step 4: Which modules fit?

The capabilities that close those gaps at each hotel, which may differ from one property to the next.

Not sure which apply? The platform page shows how they combine, and daily hotel operations workflows covers the tasks and checklists every department shares.

Ways portfolios start

One module

Take the capability that closes the clearest gap, such as housekeeping at a hotel still running on paper, and leave everything else as it is.

One workflow across several hotels

Put the same workflow, such as preventive maintenance, in place at the hotels that need it, so results can be compared.

A selected-property rollout

Run GuestEQ across a selected group of hotels first, then decide whether a wider rollout makes sense once the value is clear.

Pricing questions

Why doesn't GuestEQ publish a price list?

Because there is no single package to price. GuestEQ is bought module by module, and two portfolios rarely choose the same modules for the same hotels. A proposal priced against your actual scope is more useful than a rate card that fits nobody exactly.

Is there an all-in-one package?

The full platform is not the default starting point. The conversation starts with which hotels need attention and which workflows need improvement, and the proposal is built around the modules and properties that fit.

Can we start with one property or one module?

Yes. Portfolios commonly start with a single module, a single workflow, or a focused rollout across a selected group of hotels, and expand once the value is clear.

Do hotels in the same portfolio have to buy the same modules?

No. Modules are selected per property, so a proposal can describe different combinations at different hotels, reflecting what each one's existing systems already cover.

What should we bring to a pricing conversation?

The list of hotels you are thinking about, the systems each one must keep, the workflows that are costing time, and any modules you already suspect are relevant. That is enough to scope a first proposal.
